2. Return Policy

• We offer a no-returns and no-cancellation policy on the purchase of Digital Gold once the transaction is completed, as the price is locked in at the time of purchase.

• However, you can sell or redeem your Digital Gold at the current market rate at any time through our platform. All sales are considered final and are subject to real-time market fluctuations. For any issues regarding a failed or incorrect transaction, please contact support immediately.

• Once a request for physical redemption of your Digital Gold is submitted and processed, the transaction is final and irreversible. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for physically delivered gold due to security and market price volatility. 

• All redeemed items are inspected for quality before dispatch; any claims of damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately upon receipt and accompanied by photographic and Videographic evidence.

3. Refund Policy

• If the Gold and Silver is not redeemed by the user for a long term say more than 60 Months or if the user deletes their Account in NRoobhai Platform, the user is categorised as Dormant user and the Bought amount will be refunded to the original payment method with in 48 Hours.

4. Replacement Policy

• We cannot accept replacement or offer refunds for physically delivered gold due to security and market price volatility until other wise there is a proper receipt and accompanied by Videography.

• Products will be sent for Assayer Analysis and then once the assesment is approved, the replaced product will be sent to you in 10 working days.
